I’m going to Reading Festival and I’m only getting the train back from Reading, but I’m in Havant, is it possible to buy a ticket for ‘Reading to Havant’ from Havant station? or will I have to do it online?

Me and my friends are thinking of going to Reading for the Friday.. but have no transport.. just wondering if they sell bus tickets that go and return in one day? thanks

I’m going to the Reading Festival on the 26th and was going to take a train there. I’ve looked on the First Great Western website and for me, another adult and a child it’s going to cost £48.75. If I were to buy tickets at the station would it cost me more?

Trying to book tickets on viagogo for reading, but I’m not sure how to tell which camping section they’re in and also need advice, which section is best to camp in?

I’m going to Reading Festival this year with an early bird. after having to sell my tickets the weekend before the event last year… I had been slightly prepared for the weekend, what it would contain etc. etc. etc. but i dont feel as if i know enough about what to expect and how best to survive.
But I need people who have been going to music Festivals for a long time to give me a bit of a hand. I was prepared last time, but i feel just not prepared enough.

Is there anything that you’d say that I needed… Vital survival tips for the weekend. Anything along those lines…
How much money should i take.. Should i bring booze, or buy it once i’m in.. Whats the deal on smoking… What’s the best food to take.. Should i bring lots of water.. How many clothes should i bring for the weekend… should i avoid the showers.. best camping zone to get into.. What shouldn’t i bring… All the regular stuff like that; stuff you need to get through the weekend as smoothly as possible.

But this is the part I’m a little less clued up on. Little things like bringing your own bog-roll and having torches/lanterns at night so you can see each other. Stuff like that, stuff that wont necessarily help get through the weekend but makes in much more enjoyable. Any tips you’ve picked up over the year that helps make everything so much more comfortable.

I hope this stuff all makes sense! but i’d love as many suggestions as possible to help a fellow music enthusiast have one of the best weeks of his year!

My friend and I are going to the Reading/Leeds festival only she accidentally booked a ticket to Leeds instead of Reading. Is there anyway she can exchange the ticket?

do you get a seperate wristband for being an ‘earlybird’ and i have just recieved my ticket and although its a vodafone vip the ticket does not mention this so how do they know you are? thanks
